When attempting to resize ASM diskgroup while ASRU (ASM Storage Reclamation Utility) is running, the following errors reported in alert.log :

Corrupt block relative dba: 0x00409538 (file 1, block 38200)
Completely zero block found during multiblock buffer read
Reading datafile '+DATA/prod/datafile/system.259.745834901' for corruption at rdba: 0x00409538 (file 1, block 38200)
Read datafile mirror 'ASMLV02' (file 1, block 38200) found same corrupt data
Read datafile mirror 'DATA_0000' (file 1, block 38200) found valid data
Repaired corruption at (file 1, block 38200)
