Symptoms

Running DBMS_HM.RUN_CHECK with parameter fails 'Dictionary Integrity Check' fails with ORA-904 in "E.OBJ#.

Example:
exec DBMS_HM.RUN_CHECK('Dictionary Integrity Check', 'test');

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00904: "E"."OBJ#": invalid identifier
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_HM", line 191
