Impdp reported ORA-28336: cannot encrypt SYS owned objects

- Data Pump Import (impdp) reports the following errors while importing a table which contains an encrypted column:
Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/TABLE/TABLE
Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/TABLE/TABLE_DATA
ORA-31693: Table data object "TEST"."T1" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-28336: cannot encrypt SYS owned objects
- This occurs even when the wallet has been created with correct key, wallet is open, sqlnet.ora entries correct. Import parameter file has correct key. Attempted import using SYSTEM, schema owner and SYS, all fail.
