Illegal Characters Cause Segmentation Fault when Starting MySQL Enterprise Monitor Agent

On : 2.3 version, Agents

When attempting to set the agent-mgmt-password in the mysql-monitor-agent.ini file using escaped characters, the following error occurs.

2011-08-10 17:08:40: (message) Key file contains key 'agent-mgmt-password' which has value that cannot be interpreted.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit the agent configuration file and change the agent-mgmt-password to include an escaped character such as '\a' for example.
2. Start the agent from the command line adding the --log-level=debug option to get the message in the log
3. Segmentation fault results and the above message is displayed in the error log.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot safely use an auto-generated password which includes a backslash.
