Symptoms

Importing data with Datapump impdp could result in exceptions similar to the following:

ORA-06544: PL/SQL: internal error, arguments: [ph2_cly (0) out of bounds in PH2POP in ph2ima.c:1794.], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Failing SQL is:
ALTER PROCEDURE "<SCHEMA_NAME>"."<PROCEDURE_NAME>" COMPILE PLSQL_OPTIMIZE_LEVEL= 2 PLSQL_CODE_TYPE= INTERPRETED PLSQL_DEBUG= FALSE PLSCOPE_SETTINGS= 'IDENTIFIERS:NONE' REUSE SETTINGS TIMESTAMP '2011-03-03 18:53:17'

The problem also reproduces with a valid CATPROC component. The procedures can be manually compiled in SQL*Plus.

Changes

Possibly a recent upgrade can trigger the problem.
