Scheduler agent cannot register

Symptoms

You have installed the Scheduler agent 11.2 and are trying to set up 'schagent -registgerdatabase DB_HOST 8080' with a database and get an error:

ERROR: Connecting to: http://user.domain:8080/remote_scheduler_agent/register_agent. java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
