Goal

To update an SR, do one of the following:

  1. Login to My Oracle Support
  2. Right-click an SR in the Service Requests or Draft Service Requests region, then select Update.
  3. Select an SR in the Service Requests or Draft Service Requests region, then select Update from the Actions menu.
  4. When viewing an SR, click Update... or select Update... from the Actions menu.
