To update an SR, do one of the following:
- Login to My Oracle Support
- Right-click an SR in the Service Requests or Draft Service
Requests region, then select Update.
- Select an SR in the Service Requests or Draft Service
Requests region, then select Update from the
- When viewing an SR, click Update... or select Update... from the Actions menu.
