Error ORA-600 [kcbz_check_objd_typ_3] might happen in a variety of different scenarios in the database.
This document specifically addresses the occurrence of this error when executing DBMS_AQADM.CREATE_QUEUE_TABLE procedure or as reported in the database background MMON process trace files.
It is important to note that the following ORA-600 errors may occur for this same issue:
i. Using database 10.2.x
ii. Creating an Advanced Queue table via DBMS_AQADM.CREATE_QUEUE_TABLE
iii. Configuring / using Oracle Service Workgroup Services feature (SYS$SERVICE_METRICS_TAB). Refer to following links for additional information of such feature:
