Service Goes Offline After Database Archiver Problem (Doc ID 1362955.1)

Cluster service ora.sales.sales_srv.sales2.srv on node sales2 went OFFLINE unexpectedly.

1. In database alert log, the archiver stuck:

Errors in file /oracle/admin/sales/bdump/sales2_arc0_3829.trc:
ORA-19504: failed to create file "/arc1_sales2_210_746730536.dbf"
ORA-27040: file create error, unable to create file

2. In $DB_HOME/log/<node>/racg/imon_<dbname>.log:
