Symptoms
Database crashes with the following error reported in the Alert log.
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kghfrmrg()+192] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x2C213] [PC:0x8598AAA] [Address not mapped to object] []
From the trace file , its observed the below call stack is being called:
