ERROR: The deconfiguration and deinstallation tool has detected runtime errors (Doc ID 1365065.1)

Symptoms

The 11.2 deinstallation tool fails with runtime errors when attempting to deinstall a gi_home (Standalone):

The <INV_LOC>/oraInventory/logs/deinstall_deconfig2011-10-06_07-25-46-AM.out, shows:

Traces log file: <INV_LOC>/oraInventory/logs//crsdc.log
ERROR: Can't deconfigure Oracle Restart before removing or downgrading managed Oracle databases.
...
