Symptoms
- Many queries take much longer after upgrading from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2
- Queries requires parallelism and partitioned/sub-partitioned tables.
- The parallel setting on the tables has not changed any between 11.2.0.1 and 11.2.0.2.
- With AUTO setting, for a query that was set to "noparallel", as parallel plan would be chosen.
