Symptoms

RAC instance reports below messages in the alert log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ksxp_PING()+25104] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x300000000002] [PC:0x1009D2330] [Address not mapped to object] []


The call stack from the trace file shows

In the CRS logs the following error is generated

MESSAGE: TextMessage[CRS-2545: Cannot operate on 'instance of ora.LISTENER.lsnr assigned to <INSTANCE_NAME>'. It is locked by 'SYSTEM' for command 'Resource Autostart : <INSTANCE_NAME>']
