SES Search Application Page Is Taking Some Minutes To Open (Doc ID 1366021.1)

Symptoms


Access to the initial SES Search page should be responded in a very few seconds, but in this scenario it is taking up to 5 minutes, this reproduces for all users. In other words just submitting:


 takes unexpected long time to be responded.
This delay does not reproduce with the admin page which is displayed immediately.
