Importing a Database mysql Backup Made With mysqldump (Doc ID 1367189.1)

When importing a logical dump taken from an old MySQL version to a newer one, tables in the mysql database are recreated and their definitions become different from those they have right after running the mysql_install_db script or mysqld --initialize command (for MySQL 5.7 or later). How can this be fixed?
