Symptoms


The following symptoms have been attributed to this issue :

You are attempting to perform a Data Pump export (expdp), and you receive the following error messages:

ORA-31626: job does not exist
ORA-31637: cannot create job SYS_EXPORT_FULL_04 for user SYSTEM
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 95
ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPV$FT", line 1193
ORA-39062: error creating master process DM00
ORA-31613: Master process DM00 failed during startup.

In alert log is reported:

ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (150) exceeded
ORA-20 errors will not be written to the alert log for the next minute.

Please look at trace files to see all the ORA-20 errors.
Process q000 submission failed with error = 20
