ORA-07445: [kglhdgn] [Integer divide by zero] When _kgl_debug is Set in Init File. (Doc ID 1368303.1)

`1) The underscore parameter "_kgl_debug" was set in the init file

_kgl_debug = "name='DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO' schema='SYS' namespace=1 debug=33554432, name='DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO' schema='SYS' namespace=2 debug=33554432"

2) When trying to start the database , you get the following error

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kglhdgn()+628] [SIGFPE] [ADDR:0x22BB2EC] [PC:0x22BB2EC] [Integer divide by zero] []

3) The trace file shows the below functions being called:

The merge patch 13030251 - merge patch of 12862413 and 9239863 - was previously applied to tackle a performance issue.
