ORA-904 When Creating A DBMS_SCHEDULER Job After Upgrade To 11g (Doc ID 1368813.1)

When attempting to create a DBMS Scheduler event based job after upgrading to, the following errors occur:

ORA-00904: "SYS"."SCHEDULER$_QP_5201"."F3": invalid identifier
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_ISCHED", line 124
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SCHEDULER", line 314
ORA-06512: at line 2

The event based job is similar to below:

DBMS_SCHEDULER.create_job (
job_name => 'event_based_job',
job_type => 'PLSQL_BLOCK',
job_action => 'begin select * from dual; end;',
start_date => SYSTIMESTAMP,
event_condition => 'tab.user_data.event_name = ''give_me_a_prod''',
queue_spec => 'event_queue',
enabled => TRUE);
