AM4IMS crashed when this error was raised  hundreds of times:


AMI-0198 Oracle error - OCI_ERROR - information follows OAT2
userid=MAL1UR16, PGM=T28000WM, PSB=T28000WM, Oracle userid=WMS OAT2
lterm=MAL1UR16, tran name=28000WM0 OAT2
ORA-00028: your session has been killed OAT2
