No OCI Trace Generated With 10.2 Oracle Client Using Oracle Data Provider for .Net (Doc ID 1371240.1)

When trying to turn on OCI Tracing using the instructions in : <Document 203967.1> EVENT: 10842 "Client Side OCI Tracing" using a Oracle Client and Oracle Data Provider for .Net resulted in no OCI trace being generated.

Here are the instructions used to try to generate the OCI Trace:
1. Start up a dos command window.
2. Execute the following set commands in the dos command window.

set ORA_CLIENTTRACE_DIR=e:\odp_trace
set EVENT_10842=server=all;user=all;stmt=all;level=15

3. Execute the application.
4. Look in the e:\odp_trace directory. - No files in that directory.
