Symptoms

When trying to enable OCI Tracing no OCI trace being generated.

Here are the instructions used to try to generate the OCI Trace:
1. Start up a dos command window.
2. Execute the following set commands in the dos command window.

3. Execute the application.
4. Look in the <Drive>:\odp_trace directory. - No files in that directory.
