Symptoms

Very intermittently enqueue operations on an Advanced Queue fail with the following error:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00001: unique constraint (<Schema>.SYS_C00397880) violated


The constraint referenced by the ORA-1 error corresponds to a unique index defined on the MSGID column of the queue_table within which the data associated with the queue is stored.
