ORA-07445 [kxccexi] When Inserting into a Partitioned Table (Doc ID 1372466.1)

When attempting to insert into an empty subpartition of a range-hash partitioned table, the following error occurs.

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kxccexi()+1836] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x14] [PC:0x1051CB12C] [Address not mapped to object] []
