Symptoms

Installed any of the following 32-bit Oracle client / database installs and found that the Oracle Data Provider for .NET (ODP.NET) for .NET Framework 2.x and later is missing:

10.2.0.1.0
10.2.0.2.0
10.2.0.3.0
10.2.0.4.0
10.2.0.5.0
