In trying to install Oracle Access Manager version 10.2.0.1, running on an IBM AS/400 v6r1 platform, the following error occurs during the install -

CPF9999 Escape 40 QMHUNMSG *N *N *N *N
Message . . . . : Function check. CPF5CF4 unmonitored by STRIPOBSV at
statement 0000001400, instruction X'0000'.
