Symptoms
After installing the Database Gateway for DB2 (DG4DB2 or DG4DRDA) to connect to a DB2 database on an z/OS system , an error occurs:
SQL> select * from sysibm.sysdummy1@DG4ZOS;
select * from sysibm.sysdummy1@DG4ZOS
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:
[Oracle][ODBC DB2 Wire Protocol driver][DB2]AUTHORIZATION ERROR BIND T13DB19.
