On : 10.3.0.2.0 version, Mobile Server

When attempting to start the Mobile Server
the following error occurs.

ERROR

2011-11-02 16:26:59.598 ERROR jms.xml: port 9,128 already in use.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Stop the Mobile Server running in Standalone mode
2. Start the Mobile Server running in Standalone mode
