Symptoms
DBMS_AQ.DEQUEUE can report ORA-25228
This error is normally associated with there being no more messages to dequeue. In 11.2, it has been observed that this error can be incorrectly reported under other circumstances also.
This has been observed with dequeue activity when browse has been used , i.e. with DEQUEUE_OPTIONS.DEQUEUE_MODE = DBMS_AQ.BROWSE . More recently , it was also reported with dequeue mode DEQUEUE_OPTIONS.DEQUEUE_MODE = DBMS_AQ.REMOVE_NODATA following earlier use of browse activity on the queue.
Changes
Upgrade to 11.2 and compatible = 11.2.
