FSCK reports ACFS-07440 on ACFS Volumes Over 16TB in Size (Doc ID 1383069.1)

Symptoms

ACFS forcibly dismounts

OS logs (messages) show:

ACFSK-0047: Encountered a metadata validation error in volume mounted at
/orabkp. A read retry failed for file identifier 0x8a starting disk offset
0x93443d200.

252, Minor: 94209) mount failed with internal status code (-1073741811).

Ran fsck for the affected volume but it errors out.

* From each node (as root):      # /bin/umount /orabkup
* From any one node (as root): # /sbin/fsck -a -v -y -t acfs /dev/asm/acfsvol1-184
