Internal Error On The Warehouse Tab Of AV_ADMIN GUI Console (Doc ID 1383634.1)

Symptoms

Using the AV Console, clicking the "Warehouse" tab as AV_ADMIN user results in the error:

"An internal error has occurred. Please check the log file for details."

Changes

One of the reasons this may happen is if the AV repository database was stopped in the middle of an internal warehouse job but there may be other reasons, the error# column in  the view dba_scheduler_job_run_details may provide more details about why a warehouse job stopped.
