Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Multiple databases and each instance has dedicated listener on different ports.
Each database should only be registered with one listener.
But ,the local_listener parameter gets updated with all listeners information and the database is registered with all listeners.
This will create connectivity issues at the application layer as they have access to a single port and not all listener ports.
