Infiniband Switch reboot causes CRS restart (Doc ID 1384920.1)

Symptoms

You may notice cluster restart in any of the involved nodes when you reboot the Infiniband switch.
This switch reboot should not be causing an outage as we have another switch to take care of the interconnect.
