DataPump Schema Import Fails With Errors ORA-39002 ORA-39165 (Doc ID 1385300.1)

Symptoms

You performed a full or schema DataPump export and now you try to import fom the dump certain schemas using the parameter SCHEMA=USER1,CTXSYS. This fails with errors:

ORA-39002: invalid operation
ORA-39165: Schema CTXSYS was not found.
