Symptoms

ASM alert.log shows the following similar message.
- ASM Health Checker found 1 new failures

RDBMS alert.log shows the following similar message.
- WARNING: Cannot delete Oracle managed file +DATA/rac_dr/datafile/sysaux.339.754352873

m000_xxxxx.trc from ASM shows the following similar message.
