Symptoms
Setting the Query TIMEOUT does not work as expected using Oracle ODBC on UNIX. The problem reproduces setting QTO=T in the connection string that is passed to SQLDriverConnect, and set the SQL_ATTR_QUERY_TIMEOUT attribute of the ODBCSQLSetStmtAttr function. The query does not timeout and executes to completion.
