Symptoms

You are performing a query and experience the following error sporadically:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kkspbd0()+2120] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000038] [] []

Review of the trace file reveals a stack similar to the following:
