ORA-24042: no propagation schedule in streams when propagate between snapshot standby database (Doc ID 1387434.1)

Symptoms


We are able to start the capture process. The DBMS_PROPAGATION_ADM.START_PROPAGATION executes but the propagation says aborted without any error messages or error numbers in the dba_propagation table.

propagation on snapshot standby database.

Verified from the hc and traces that there are problem with propagation on SNAPSHOT STANDBY database.
