CNS-9107 Network Disconnected During Sync 10060

When trying to Sync a Client you receive the error as follows

CNS-9107 Network disconnected during sync.:10060 A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

When you investigate further you can see a 'Spool' related error in the Err.log on the Mobile Server ( $OH/mobile/server/conslog) i.e.
