REPLACING A FAILED DISK SKIPS AUTOMATIC CREATION OF CELL/GRID DISKSe Cell/Grid Disks

Symptoms
Replacing a failed disk does not automatically recreate the cell/grid disks
Lun gets created automatically.
MS log has the following sequence of entries for the time at which the new disk was inserted.

[2011-11-14T09:02:52.278-06:00] .. New lun 0_4 was found in status 411
[2011-11-14T09:02:52.278-06:00] .. Remove the autoCreateGCD flag on LUN 0_4 because no CD exists previoulsy.
