Oracle ASM with version 11.1.x.x and higher which are used with rdbms lower than 11.1.x.x
ASMCMD> md_restore --full -G IKP_TEST --silent /tmp/backup_11.bkp
Current Diskgroup metadata being restored: IKP_TEST
ASMCMD-09352: CREATE DISKGROUP failed
ORA-15018: diskgroup cannot be created
ORA-15283: ASM operation requires compatible.rdbms of 22.214.171.124.0 or higher (DBD ERROR: OCIStmtExecute)
