Reduce The Redo Generated When DML On Table Indexed With Spatial Index

When a table with an SDO_GEOMETRY column has a SPATIAL index on it, and DML (INSERT, DELETE, UPDATE) is executed against the table, the amount of redo generated is lot more compared to when the table has no spatial index. The extra overhead of the redo generated makes the statements lot slower than necessary and lot more space is consumed.
