Symptoms

ORA-600: [12441] occurs when doing a query with a CONNECT BY .. or during a DataPump export

Example query that can cause the problem:

SELECT DISTINCT 'PUBLIC can execute', table_name FROM dba_tab_privs WHERE owner = 'SYS' AND (
grantee = 'PUBLIC'

FROM dba_role_privs
