Symptoms
The database is using TDE tablespace encryption and using HSM to store the encryption key. After a database crash, the database fails to open with:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [nzty1aa_algapply()+221] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x7F4AAA516B3B] [Address not mapped to object] []
