Symptoms
When selecting from the view v$xml_audit_trail or dba_common_audit_trail it is possible the following internal error is reported:
select * from v$xml_audit_trail where action = 100 and returncode in (1017,1040,1045,12317,28000,28001,28002,28003,28004,28005,28006,28007,28008,28009,28010,28011)
