When inserting a new row in the source table containing a BLOB column tracked by Asynchronous CDC,  you would find one or two more extra rows inserted in the change table than  expected.

Expected row would be the one with  "I" in OPERATION$ column in the change table, but extra rows would have a value "UO" or "UN", indicating an update operation.

The BLOB column may not be a part of the change table definition,at all.
