After OS patching cssd was not able to identify Voting disk as ASMLib was not able to startup (Doc ID 1395333.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After OS patching ,one of nodes of the cluster was rebooted and cluster was not starting properly on that node.
As cssd was not able to find voting file cssd was offline.Because, asmlib was not able to mount ,so ASMLib was not able to open the asmlib labels which were not populated to discover voting file.


Purpose

While starting up cluster cssd was failing to find voting file ,resulting cssd was offline and crsd in intermediate state.
