Change Password Feature (on expired password) Does Not Report Error Immediately. (Doc ID 1395971.1)

Symptoms

If a password is expired with :
ORA-28001: password expired

The ODBC driver pops up change-password window repeatedly.

On entering a new password that did not meet the criteria in the verify_function
the expected ORA error was not shown immediately.

After the first entry of the not correct new password, the error message should be returned to the application to be handled correctly.
