Cannot Sync Non Empty Blob Datatype If Pubitem Is In Complete Refresh Mode (Doc ID 1397544.1)

Cannot sync non empty blob datatype if PubItem is in complete refresh mode :

If the blob field is empty, no problem when you sync.

If blob field is not empty, sync is ok on Mobile Server but client hangs with this error:

-12011 oseException(-12011):Plugin returned error -13000: ospWriteSnap()returns error -13000: "SqliteException:

Sqlite database error (see the cause) <- SqliteException: near" ": syntax error[Diagnostics:

dbName=SQLITE, snapName=SETTING,type=1, recBufLen=180]" <- osePluginError(-13000):
ospWriteSnap() returns error -13000:

If pubitem is in fast refresh mode and blob field is not empty, sync is ok on Mobile Server and client.
