You have configured a diskgroup with compatible.rdbms set to 18.104.22.168. Then you are trying to create a 22.214.171.124 database using DBCA. You launched DBCA from 126.96.36.199 RDBMS Home, that failed at step6 after selecting stroage type as ASM and the diskgroup you created.
The pop-up failure message is
Database compatible attribute of diskgroup should be
same or lower than the database compatible
initialization parameter value.
Database compatible parameter set to "188.8.131.52.0"
and the diskgroup database compatibility attribute is
set to "184.108.40.206.0".
This is happening for General Purpose or Customer database options on DBCA.
