Unable To Register Database after a Switchover RMAN-20079 (Doc ID 1398820.1)

Register database fails at resync step as follows:

RMAN> register database;

database registered in recovery catalog
starting full resync of recovery catalog
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03008: error while performing automatic resync of recovery catalog
RMAN-20079: full resync from primary database is not done



Switchover Primary database to physical database and then Switch back to Primary.
Standby Redologs created
