Symptoms

multiple occurances in ttmesg.log files of the following message are seen (N.B. values for 'connid' and 'bytes' will vary)

2011-12-27 10:57:19.38 Info: : 18971: 17911/0x132f3730: ttInitPga: connid 1154 Error 4031 in kgttusec ('ORA-04031: unable to allocate 456 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","KGTTU Process","kgllc") ')

Note that the above will appear as Info messages, even though PLSQL errors may have been encountered.
